أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم
God forbid the devil Dieting
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
(سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
All that is in the heavens and earth exalt Allah. He is the Almighty, the Wise.
لَهُ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْيِي وَيُمِيتُ ۖ
To Him belongs the Kingdom in the heavens and earth. It is He who revives and causes to die
وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
And He has power over all things.
هُوَ الْأَوَّلُ وَالْآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالْبَاطِنُ ۖ
He is the First and the Last, the Clear and the Hidden
وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ)
He has knowledge of all things.
